the Talent Academy?

The Lyten Talent Academy is a six-month talent development program,

that prepares participants for a permanent role at Lyten's production plant.

Graduates of technical schools or technical degree programs interested in engineering, production, or business support

Preparing participants for an independent, permanent role at Lyten through a clear development plan built on internal mentoring and deep growth within a chosen specialization

PROGRAM

Three Program Paths

Candidates choose their path and preferred specialization at the application stage.

Candidates choose their path and preferred specialization at the application stage. The program does not include rotation between specializations — participants spend the full six months developing within one chosen area.

Final assignment to a specialization takes place when candidates are accepted into the program and takes their stated preference into account.

Engineering Track

25 spots - TBC

For candidates interested in engineering and technical growth toward an engineering role.

Candidate profile:

graduates of engineering/technical degree programs

Program flow:

6 months within the chosen specialization, with no rotation between areas

Specializations to choose from

(candidates indicate a preference when applying):

Hardware Engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, electromechanical engineering, power electronics)

Software Engineering

Process Engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering – machine design and construction, mechatronics, management and production engineering, chemical engineering) 

Equipment Engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering – machine design and construction, mechatronics, management and production engineering, automation engineering – electrical engineering, automation)

Requirements: a completed bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred: electrical, mechanical, programming, electronics, energy and related fields), English at B1+ level, full availability

Production Track

For candidates interested in hands-on production work, with a path toward technical roles.

Candidate profile:

technical school or technical field graduates interested in production work

Program flow:

6 months within the chosen specialization, with no rotation between areas

About Lyten

Lyten is a global technology company specializing in energy storage and advanced materials, including batteries and 3D Graphene technology.

The Lyten Dwa plant in Gdańsk is one of the largest energy storage systems (BESS) manufacturing facilities in Europe and part of Lyten's global network of sites, which also includes Sweden and the United States.

The Gdańsk plant produces items such as the Voltpack Mobile System and components used in energy storage solutions for data centers, industry, and energy infrastructure. We're building a workplace where young talent can learn from experienced specialists and make a real impact on the company's growth.
