RULES OF THE LYTEN POLAND TALENT ACADEMY<\/p>

Sample edition: November 2026 \u2013 April 2027 (6 months)*<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a71. General provisions<\/strong><\/h4>

These Rules set out the objectives, organizational principles, structure, and terms of participation in the \u201cLyten Poland Talent Academy\u201d program (the \u201cProgram\u201d), run by Lyten Poland Sp. z o.o. (\u201cLyten\u201d) for its manufacturing plant. The Program enables participants to gain their first professional experience in a manufacturing environment and to make an informed choice of their further development track within the organization.<\/p>

  • Participant \u2014 a person admitted to the Program as a result of successfully passing recruitment and the Assessment Centre.<\/li>
  • Development track \u2014 one of the Program's three tracks, within which the Participant develops in a chosen area of specialization (see \u00a7 2).<\/li>
  • Assessment Centre (AC) \u2014 an assessment session evaluating competencies, values, and potential, serving as the basis for qualification to the Program and assignment to a development track.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Program lasts 6 months. It is organized by the HR Department of Lyten Poland, in cooperation with the development track managers and the Leadership Team.<\/p>

    * The standard edition of the Program runs from November to April. The Organizer may launch subsequent editions on a different schedule, earlier or later, including mid-month starts \u2014 the specific dates of each edition are announced by the HR Department.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \u00a72. Program objectives and development tracks<\/strong><\/h4>

    The Program pursues the following objectives:<\/p>

    • Enabling participants to gain their first professional experience in a manufacturing environment, under structured onboarding and mentoring support.<\/li>
    • uilding a consistent onboarding and development process for new employees of the manufacturing plant.<\/li>
    • Embedding Lyten's culture and values from the first day of participation in the Program.<\/li>
    • Providing every Participant with an individual development plan and an informed choice of their further track within the organization.<\/li><\/ul>

      The Program offers three development tracks, each leading to a potentially different role within the organization, within which the Participant develops in a chosen area of specialization:<\/p>

      • Engineering \u2014 an area of specialization within engineering (e.g. quality, process, or product engineering).<\/li>
      • Technical \/ Production \u2014 an area of specialization within maintenance and production, with a prospective development path towards the Technician role.<\/li>
      • Business Support \u2014 one of the business directions (e.g. HR\/Administration, supply chain\/purchasing, finance\/PMO).<\/li><\/ul>

        The decision to assign a Participant to a development track is made jointly \u2014 by the Participant and Lyten's representatives (HR and managers) \u2014 after the Assessment Centre, based on the assessment results, the Participant's preferences, and the organization's current needs. The specific area of specialization within the track is refined during the Program, jointly with the mentor and the track manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \u00a73. Qualification to the Program<\/strong><\/h4>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        Candidates are recruited through an application process run by the HR Department and Talent Acquisition. Qualification to the Program is based on the Assessment Centre \u2014 a one-day assessment session conducted by HR, managers, and representatives of technical departments, covering: teamwork and individual problem-solving, a technical assessment matched to the track, and a conversation about the candidate's values and motivation.<\/p>

        Based on the Assessment Centre results, each candidate receives a recommendation for one of the three development tracks, in accordance with the principles set out in \u00a7 2.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        \u00a74. Evaluation and completion of the Program<\/strong><\/h4>

        During the Program, the Participant receives regular feedback from the mentor and the track manager, based on progress in tasks and rotations and alignment with Lyten's values. On this basis, a decision is made on whether the Participant continues in the Program, receives an additional development plan, or exits the Program.<\/p>

        Employment under the Program ends upon expiry of the Program period. For the best Participants, there is a possibility of employment following completion of the Program \u2014 this decision is made after the Program ends and depends on Lyten's current business needs and the Participant's performance during the Program. The recommendation regarding a Participant's further role within the organization takes into account the chosen development track and area of specialization (see \u00a7 2), and final recommendations are subject to approval by the Leadership Team.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \u00a75. Contact with candidates and communication rules<\/strong><\/h4>

        Communication with candidates at every stage of the process is conducted by the HR Department in coordination with Talent Acquisition and the track managers. Every candidate receives information about the recruitment decision \u2014 positive or negative \u2014 regardless of its outcome.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \u00a76. Rights and obligations of the Participant<\/strong><\/h4>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        • The Participant is entitled to an individual development plan, regular feedback, and clear information about the evaluation criteria and results.<\/li>
        • The Participant is obliged to actively take part in the tasks and rotations, comply with the safety and quality standards in force at the plant, and cooperate with the mentor and the track manager.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          \u00a77. Personal data protection<\/strong><\/h4>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          Personal data of candidates and Participants of the Program is processed by Lyten Poland Sp. z o.o. solely for purposes related to recruitment to the Program and its conduct, on the basis of the relevant consents and information clauses.<\/p>

          Detailed information on the processing of personal data of job candidates (the data controller, categories of data, purposes and legal bases of processing, retention period, and the rights of the data subject) is set out in Annex 1 to these Rules and is provided to every candidate together with the invitation to take part in the recruitment process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \u00a78. Final provisions<\/strong><\/h4>
          • These Rules remain in force for the duration of the relevant edition of the Program.<\/li>
          • Amendments to these Rules must be made in writing and approved by the HR Department in agreement with the Leadership Team.<\/li>
          • Questions regarding the Program should be directed to the HR Department of Lyten Poland Sp. z o.o.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
